La idea es que el trafico cruce por privoxy y mantener callado el resto

- qBittorrent con IP-Filter; Bloquear IPs que intentan poner en riesgo nuestra seguridad.
- Privoxy con nuestros Wildcards y punto de entrada salida para qBittorrent (qBittorrent bloquado en el Firewall)
-  Proxy-Server Socks5; otra IP para nuestras actividades; Privoxy conecta solo con esta IP.

Curiosidad abra con notepad++.exe "guarding.p2p" podra ver las IPs que seran blqueadas

En conf.txt localize "#  5.2. forward-socks4, forward-socks4a, forward-socks5 and forward-socks5t"

Como ejemplo vea (o copie y pegue XD ) ..::

Para cualquier otro protocolo no da tanto problema; sin embargo Socks5 siempre es considerado mejor.
